We started in 2013 as a small guest house in Canggu and today look after private pool villas, boutique guest houses, apartments and a riverside lodge in Canggu, Mengwi, Buduk and Tabanan. Sari Uma Canggu, one of the properties we manage, ran at 94.6–95.9% occupancy from May to July 2026 (internal booking data). Results vary from property to property, and we will always give you a realistic picture for yours.
