A 30% deposit confirms your booking. The remaining balance is paid at check-in.

Direct bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before check-in and your deposit is refunded. After that, the deposit is not refundable. Bookings made on Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda or Traveloka follow that platform’s policy. See our Terms and Conditions.

Yes. Most of our properties welcome weekly and monthly stays, and some offer yearly rentals. What is included (such as utilities and cleaning) varies by property and is listed on each property page. Message us for long-stay rates.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested and depends on availability.

Yes. We can arrange a driver to meet you at Ngurah Rai International Airport. This is charged separately; just send us your flight details.

Yes, we can arrange scooter rental. To ride legally in Indonesia you need a valid driving license that covers motorcycles (an International Driving Permit for most visitors), and helmets are required by law.

Yes, laundry can be arranged on request at an extra charge.
